It's the season for 'Ashi no nemaki' again this year.

As the name suggests, Glückund Gute's winter staple "foot sleepwear" are socks that you should wear when you go to bed. When resting or sleeping, it is important to keep your feet warm and free from the pressure of shoes and socks. We chose the maximum dimensions possible so that the fingertips can play inside the socks. Free size for both men and women. The inside is made of 100% organic cotton that is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the outside is made of 100% New Zealand merino wool yarn for added warmth. Since it does not contain rubber, it gently wraps your feet inside the bedding without constricting it. Especially in the cold mornings and evenings. If you go to bed after taking a bath, use them as socks until you go to bed. At night, when your feet get cold due to work or housework, you can put on your night clothes and sleep under your bed. (After that, once your feet are warm, you'll probably take them off under the futon.) They're voluminous, so they're also recommended as winter gifts!

<About footwear>
The inner organic cotton yarn uses yarn dyed with food loss (food waste from mass production and consumption = food loss that is unsold or past its expiration date) in order to realize a sustainable society. Please see below for details on what the colors are dyed with.

White heather) Organic cotton (inside)/Blueberries: Blueberries are carefully handled from the first soil preparation to the final harvest from Horiuchi Fruit Orchard, which cultivates orchards and promotes natural cultivation. We collect and dye substandard products that cannot be sold, such as scratches that occur when they are harvested at the farm. The inside is a faint purple, so it's transparent and looks more white than gray-purple.

Ginger) Organic cotton (inside) / Ginger: Ginger is also effective for cooling the body. From Kochi, which delivers safe and secure ginger made through an integrated system from cultivation to production, manufacturing, and shipping, we dye the ginger using the unused parts left during molding.

Sky blue) Organic cotton (inside) / Red turnip: When extracting sunki, a traditional Kiso vegetable, it becomes a beautiful blue color. It is dyed using red turnip seeds that are left over from the leaves that are often used for pickles. Kiso's unique red turnip, which is fermented using the power of vegetable lactic acid bacteria, has been designated as a ``Nagano Prefecture Taste Cultural Property.'' The color is like a warm winter sky.

Dark orange) Organic cotton (inside) / Rooibos: After inspecting the leaves imported from South Africa in Japan, substandard products are collected and dyed. It is dyed in gentle and bright colors.

Charcoal gray) Organic cotton (inside) / Assemblage: The waste is collected and dyed during the process of manufacturing the extract of Assemblage, a representative Japanese medicinal plant that is effective in improving appetite.
