Currently, we are only delivering on weekdays. We aim to ship orders received by 3:00 pm on the same day, but depending on the time of the order and how busy the day is, it may be shipped the next business day. Please note that orders received after 3:00 pm on Friday, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
*If you are in a hurry, we can ship on Saturdays and Sundays, but as a general rule we will not be shipping during the busy season (September to January) due to other duties and work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

It will be delivered by Yu-Pack.

Nationwide flat rate: 330 yen (tax included)
We can only send items up to A4 size and 2.5cm in thickness.
*With the integration of "Nekopos" and "Yu-Packet",

If you are in a hurry, please use Yu-Pack, which allows you to specify the date and time.

*As fall/winter socks are thick, we have set the only option in advance to use courier service, but if your order can be shipped via Nekoposu, we will contact you individually and select delivery method via Nekoposu. This has been changed. In that case, if you paid by credit card, we will process a refund, and if you pay by bank transfer, we will inform you of the amount minus the shipping fee. Please acknowledge it.

We will remove up to 3 pairs of thin socks, and 1-2 pairs of socks if they are thick or medium-length or above.We will remove the normal packaging and send them as flat as possible, so please specify "Nekoposu". If you are unable to receive a gift or would like a gift, we may change your delivery to Yamato Takkyubin. Thank you for your understanding.
