Explanation of charges other than product price: Shipping fee, bank transfer fee

Application expiration date: Delivery will be made within 5 days after placing your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). If you wish to pay by bank transfer, if the payment is not received within 5 days after confirming the order (after sending the automatic email), the order will be automatically canceled.

defective product: Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
First, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns without contacting us.
・If there is a defect in the delivery contents (different from the order contents, defective item, etc.), we will replace the item at our expense.
- In the case of returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Delivery time: For both bank transfer and credit card payments, we will ship within 5 days after payment is confirmed.

Payment deadline: If paying by bank transfer, please transfer the amount to the designated account within 5 days after receiving the order confirmation email. (Please note that the credit card withdrawal date varies depending on the contract between the customer and the credit card company.)

Return deadline: We will accept returns within 7 days after receiving the product.
Please note that items that have been worn cannot be returned.
