Wildflower tea
About a year after I moved to this part of Yamanashi, I came across this wildflower tea. Until now, people had only been aware of ``wildflower tea'' as something to be enjoyed as a souvenir, but this wildflower tea can be used on a daily basis to flush out unnecessary substances (toxins) that have accumulated in the body. This is a tea that you can gulp down.
Each of the plants that live in Nagano Prefecture, such as mugwort, yacon leaves, herbaceous grass, dokudami, kumazasa, hoe, sugina, itadori, akaza, evening primrose, kudzu leaves, and loquat leaves, has many benefits. Wildflowers are packed tightly into one bag. (The types of wildflowers may change slightly depending on the season.) If you do some research, it will be obvious that even just one plant, Kumazaza, has amazing power and nutrition that affects our bodies.
Wildflower tea contains many types of wildflowers. The more I learned about it, the more I fell in love with its charm and wonderful content, and the more I wanted more people to know about this tea and drink it. And I've gotten into the habit of boiling wildflower tea as soon as I wake up every morning.
Recommended not only for healthy people, from nursing mothers and babies to the elderly, but also for those who are chronically unwell. The kids keep it in their water bottles, and my husband and I always drink it at every meal and break while working. Like washing away unnecessary things from your body. Unlike water, you won't get water poisoned if you drink too much of wild herb tea, and because it has a high diuretic effect, it circulates through your body and is excreted.
Drink lots of wildflower tea to wash it down, and use wildflower powder to replenish your body with the nutrients it needs. That's the only option, says Dr. Yasuda, who is so energetic that you can't believe he's in his 80s. It's my days to incorporate the power of things that are naturally found in the earth into my body, to take care of them, and to feel the goodness of natural materials when it comes to socks.
<How to roast>
It's easy to roast. Add a large handful of ``wildflower tea'', 1 heaped tablespoon of ``hato barley tea'', half a tablespoon of ``habucha'', (or a pinch of ``benihana tea'' between two fingers if you like) to 2L of water, and boil for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil and pour into a pot with a tea strainer (Ichibancha). Add another 2L of water and boil for about 10 minutes, then pour it into the pot using a tea strainer. (Second tea)
Please drink as much as you want when you want to drink 4L of wild grass tea (first and second tea) without chilling it in the refrigerator. (Please adjust the amount of water depending on the number of people in your household)
〈Benihana tea as a plus 1〉
Benihana has many beneficial effects for women. Add just enough red petals to the three basic wildflower teas. Just doing that will change the flavor to a deeper level, adding efficacy and deliciousness.
For your first visit, please choose the 3-piece wildflower tea set (wildflower tea, barley tea, and habucha). It needs to taste good to keep going every day. Wildflower tea with only wildflowers has a weak taste, but by blending it with habucha and barley tea, it becomes more effective and delicious. Although you may not be familiar with this tea, ``habucha'' also has surprising benefits. (Unfortunately, due to Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we are unable to provide detailed efficacy and effects, so please search for Habu Tea.)
``Habucha'' and ``Hato Mugicha'' use only a small amount, so once you purchase them, you can use them for a long time. Since I use wildflower tea the most, it is convenient to purchase it separately for additional replenishment.
(Depending on the amount and frequency of boiling, I think "Wild Grass Tea" will last for one month if used daily, and "Habucha", "Hato Mugicha", and "Benihana Tea" will last about 2 to 3 months) "Hato Mugicha" ” is packaged in finely crushed pieces instead of grains to make it more delicious and concentrated. "Wild Grass Tea" comes in a large bag and is thick, so it cannot be shipped via Nekoposu.
The package is designed with the image of a lively wild flower, and contains our wish for you to have a lively life every day. We hope this helps you maintain your health.
